At RVA, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Every signage piece we manufacture and install is backed by a clear, professional, and hassle-free warranty—demonstrating our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Production Warranty

All our signs, made with certified materials, UV printing, and ADA-compliant Braille, include a 12-month warranty from the delivery date. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material imperfections
  • Printing failures or adhesion issues

This warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation by third parties, or exposure to extreme conditions.

Installation Warranty

When RVA handles the installation, we offer a 12-month warranty covering:

  • Proper mounting and fastening
  • Alignment, leveling, and compliance with the approved design

This warranty does not apply if the mounting system is altered by other companies, or if damage occurs due to structural failure, vandalism, or improper post-installation handling.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, simply email us at admin@rva-marketing.com with the following:
  • Photos of the affected product
  • Brief description of the issue
Our team will evaluate your case, and if the claim qualifies under the warranty terms, we’ll proceed with the repair or replacement at no additional cost.
